In the common áreas , what was previously the typical Canarian patio, you can find a place for reading and in the terrace, which it is on top of the building, you can find one room with a washing machine and drier, that can be used with coins, instructions are in the front door of each one. In the terrace, as a common área, you can enjoy sunbathing at the same time that you have the unic views from the city and the cathedral.
In the groundfloor of the building, we have for the clients, a luggage room, for those clients that has a late flight back home, where they can leave there their suitcases with security while continuing enjoying the city. This luggage room will be at the dispossal of clients without any extracost.
The four apartments are totally independants between them, although they are inside an emblematic building, counting each of them with the living room, room and bathroom. The rooms are extensions of the living room in some apartments, where inside bathrooms aparts from being spacious has a big shower plate and rainshower. In other apartments, the room is totally independant from the living room.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Since it is an small Building, if a reservation is cancelled, it will be refund only a 50% of the total amount of booking and in case of doing the cancellation untill 14 days in advance, it will be collected 100% of the total amount of the booking.
At the day of arrival, it will be collected the pending amount of the total accomodation cost. It will be not refunded amount in case of reduction in the number of days of the accomodation in case the apartment is already used.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Since the building has been totally renovated and being respecful with our clients, we kindly ask you to be keep the silence inside the buiding, so try not to put loud music or tv, moreover to respect the general installations of the building and inside the apartment.
In order to guarantee it, it will be resquested before arrival day a pre authorization with your visa card of an amount of 200€, only to assure it will no be any damage or stolen in the apartment. In case of the require use of the installations of the apartment, any amount will be collected.
While doing the laundry you can enjoy the views of the neighborhood of Vegueta, a quiet moment for reading or sunbathing peacefully.
